My fitness routine

So you’ve probably come here from my video about my new fitness routine, but if not, go check it out!

 

I love to stay in shape and try my best to work out a couple of times a week to keep on top of my body. This isn’t saying that everyone should have to keep fit but It’s just what makes me feel better about myself!

 

 

Below is my favourite exercises for each part of my body:

 

 

Arms:

Pushups

Inchworm Pushups

Tricep dips

Pull ups (gym only)

 

 

Abs:

Crunches

Tabletop Crunches

Bicycle crunches

Side plank

Leg raises

Russian Twists

 

Legs:

Inner thigh workout

Lunges

Calf Raises

 

Booty

Single leg bridges

Split squat lunges

Squats

Donkey kicks

 

 

Most of these exercises I will do 30 of (on each side if needed) and then repeat the circuit another 2 more times.

 

Currently this is my own workout that I do at the gym:

 

30 calf raises

30 crunches

30 bicycle crunches

20 sec side plank

20 sec plank

30 russian twists with 7kg weight

30 pull ups

30 leg raises

20 tricep dips

20 donkey kicks each side

20 inner thigh each side

20 bridges each side

20 dorsal raises

20 squats

20 single leg split squat lunges
