I’m a big fan of eyeshadows, I’m either ill or not with it if you see me without eyeshadow on. I love playing around with looks and being creative. I have a slight obsession with buying palettes (as Andy and my parents will tell you!) but I’ve managed to narrow it down to the top 5 eyeshadow palettes that I can’t live without.
Morphe is a great high quality makeup brand for a fraction of the cost of most brands. The pigment is really intense and I love all these brown colours for autumn and for natural looks. Morphe is one of my favourite brands and is perfect for those starting out in makeup. The 35OM is lovely mattes ranging from beiges to oranges. I can’t live without this and I always end up using it nearly ever day – it’s a miracle I haven’t hit pan yet!
Huda Beauty Electric Obsessions Palette is my go to for bold looks. I love the combination of foiled shadows and mattes. The colours are so intense and pigmented, what I love most about the obsessions palettes is how tiny they are. I got all 4 when they released and the pans are the same weight as the Desert Dusk palette but the packaging has shrunk so it’s more handbag friendly.
Speaking of the Desert Dusk Palette by Huda Beauty, it’s another one of my solid favourites for creating wacky and everyday looks. I did a full review here on this palette so I won’t go too in detail to bore you but I love the concept of the pure glitter, duo chrome toppers, metallic shadows and mattes. Genius.
My next favourite you see a lot on my Instagram, the Tarte Tartlette Toasted palette is fab for autumn and every day looks. I have green eyes so the browns and warm tones really compliment them. Super pigmented and a little goes a long way. The light shimmery shades are really lovely and it’s definitely a staple in my makeup bag.
My last favourite is another obsessions palette by Huda Beauty, this one is the Mauve obsessions and again, the purples really compliment my eyes. The foiled shadows are even more pigmented than the mattes and they are the prettiest I’ve ever owned. Huda is your best bet for if you want a high pigmented quality makeup!
So there are my favourites, if you would like a full review on any makeup product or new release just let me know in the comments!
